I've purchased the software but the DEMO version will not accept the registration keys. How can I register the Demo?
In some cases the keys may not activate the demo version of the software. This may be because the demo is an older revision or a Pro or Enterprise license key is being entered into the Standard version of the software. To get around this, Save your scan results. Go to File - Save Scan Results. Close the Demo software and use the link you received by email to download and install the pre-registered version of the software. Once that's installed (would already be registered), you can load the scan results by high-lighting the hard drive on the left hand side and select File - Open Scan Results. That should leave you where you left off.
